Chargeback Policy
 For each charge/call that you have chargeback with our company there is a $30 charge back fee that you will be responisble for, along with the original charge and any interest occurred for such charge back.
 On your billing statement is our billing name "Sportnut" and our office's number for you to call if you want to dispute a charge. There is no reason to do a chargeback.
 The owner of this company will be happy to assist you with any billing inquires professionally and politely in a timely matter.

Note: When a chargeback occur, our store needs to perform the following:  - If fraud is suspected, we report the case to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center and BBB; - Initialize legal proceedings against you to recover the order amount, plus the compensation.

 


 Did you know it's against the law to comment credit card fraud? You can be fine and even spend time in jail for credit card fraud.  It's fraud to purchase a call with us and then later lie to your bank and tell them you didn't do it. If your spouse see the charge for ”Sportnut Company" on your credit card bill and your plan is to pretend you have no clue who we are, we do not want your business then.  We take charge backs very seriously and we complete all paper work required by our merchant's charge back department and we also provide all necessary paper work to your credit card company too, showing you did call us and you were aware that calling us was not free. We pride ourselves on keeping great records of all credit card charges.  We keep track of the date(s), the time(s), the operator(s) you spoke with and the phone number you called us from. Please NOTE:: Anytime you call into a toll free number there is always a record that shows the phone number you called from, (even if you have your phone number showing up as private/blocked) the date, the time, the city, the state and how many minutes you were on the phone with our operators still appear on that toll free record. We take charge backs very seriously We are an honest company and go out of our way to make sure you are not over billed and you are happy with our service.  If you ever have a question on the billing please call the Sportnut office.

Attention New Callers
 Since we do not know in advance how long you will stay on the phone and talk with our phone sex ops and we never want our callers to feel rushed, our policy is to get a pre-authorization hold of funds on your credit card for at least 20 minutes, which is $43.00. Please note that a pre-authorization is just a hold of funds in our company’s name Sportnut, this is not the final billing price that you will see on your billing statement. Once your call has ended the phone op will send your paperwork to the billing office. The owner will then process your call using that pre-authorization of $43.00 and depending on your talk time the owner will then adjust the price of your call to a lower or higher dollar amount.
 

With this said; if you would like a smaller pre-authorization hold of funds that is
smaller than the $43.00 please inform the girl at the beginning of the call. Thank you.
